Pumpkin & Spice Party

My husband and I recently took our little 11 month old son to the Pumpkin & Spice Party in October at the nearby Gymboree Play & Music. It was absolutely AMAZING. I really wasn't sure what to expect, but the activities they had planned and the bright cheery personalities from the staff were exceptional!! My husband and I were smiling from ear to ear the entire time and amazed by the fun and creative ideas they came up with to do with the babies. I would highly recommend this Gymboree Play & Music to my friends. The girls truey made my baby's First Halloween Party experience one to remember! Thank you girls!!!

Princesses and Pirates Birthday Party

We chose Gymboree Play & Music for our daughter Hannah's 3rd birthday party quite simply because ever since she started classes at six months old, she has loved every minute there! There was nowhere else she wanted to have her party and of course the fact that there was no clean up at the house was a bonus for me!!

She had quite simply the best day ever!!! She and her friends loved every minute. I want to say a huge thank you to the Gymboree Play & Music teachers Miss Anna, Miss Carol G and Miss Mercedes at the Palmetto Bay location for all their help and hard work, because without them this would not have been the success it was. They were amazing in helping me to set up the room and ensuring I hadn't forgotten anything. Most of all their enthusiasm was what made the event so special and made sure that everyone - even the parents! - had a blast!

Thank you Gymboree Play & Music!!!!

Teacher Cecily is Fantastic!

I think our teacher Cecily is fantastic. She amazes me every week with her genuine enthusiasm and energy with the children. I really appreciate her. Gymboree Play & Music has become such an essential part of our early childhood development plan for our daughter. We have been part of the Gymboree Play & Music family for almost a year, moving from Play & Learn's levels 2 to 3 to 4. At 15 months, Sophie is climbing on all the furniture at home, so I have to bring her every week to keep her skills in shape.

Thank you to the whole Scottsdale Gymboree Play & Music team for making it such a great experience for us!!!

Sad to leave level 1

I started bringing my daughter to GymboreeGymboree Classes, Gymboree Columbus, Kids Classes in Columbus, Baby Classes in Columbus, Baby Acitivities in Columbus, Baby Play Columbus, Infant Classes Columbus Play & Music in Gahanna, Ohio when she was 5 weeks old. She is now about to move up to Play & Learn 2 next week and as I think about all our fun play classes I remember how much fun we've had and am amazed at how much she's developed. She had two big milestones in class, rolling over and sitting unassisted. She does so well during tummy time and loves looking around at her Gymboree friends. I think her favorite part is the parachute play. She's always so calm and attentive watching the colors. My favorite part is the baby boogies. I love learning new interactive activities that I can do with my daughter at home. Thank you Miss Caitlin for always welcoming us and teaching us something new. We love our Gymboree family and are sad to leave Play & Learn 1 but we're excited for all the fun we'll have in Play & Learn 2.

Miss Kia

Being new to the area, we were looking for a social outlet for our daughter (who was 6 months old at the time). We found Gymboree, and more importantly, Miss Kia, and our lives have truly been improved ever since. The play & learn classes have done wonders to help her reach her physical milestones and have grown with her physically and mentally. "Kia" was one of our daughter's first words, and when you say "Gymboree" -- she says "Kia"! Which has now also been followed by "Jim". She checks under every carpet and blanket in our house all week long looking for Baby Gymbo. Miss Kia has made us feel like better parents and we are forever grateful. We all look forward to seeing her every week. I don't know how she does it!

Great First Time

We went for our free class today and I'm in shock how much fun we BOTH had. I went with the intention this was a one time thing, but after Ms. Michelle's class I was hooked! I knew the teacher would be nice but she was beyond amazing! She was so upbeat and energetic. After our class me and my 1 yr old stayed for open gym. My daughter LOVES Ms. Michelle and so do I!! Can't wait to go back!!

Fun times and good times.

My son Shubaan started Gymboree Play & Musplay classes, classes for toddlers, classes for kids, activities for toddlers, gym for kids, activities for babiesic when he was 13 months and just started walking. He was a very skeptical child who wouldn't venture out of his safe and secure world. Initially, he was withdrawn, crying at times, not participating much.It was frustrating, but his teacher put me at ease and said that this happens and he will take a while to adjust. She pointed out all his positives. Gradually he overcame his fears and started enjoying. His teacher Ms. Ruthie brings an amazing amount of energy to each class. So much so, that my son runs around, participates and loves every minute there. Thanks to Gymboree play classes, he has also overcome his fear of climbing! We are moving so only a few classes are left. But A teacher makes the difference and Ms. Ruthie - you are the best.

It's time to say goodbye

Yes, my little princess is growing so fast! Development for children, Learning to walk, learning to crawl, play space for kids, developmental classesBut I remembered the exactly day that we started in this amazing place. Alice was only seven months. She was born premature and it was hard for her start crawling and walking. But we were here at Gymboree every week! And each movement here was very important for her development. I'm so grateful. The Gymboree team is amazing. Now, Alice is starting a new step: school. We will miss the teachers, the parachute, the bubbles, the songs, the maracas, the slides, the challenges and, of course, the Gymbo! Thank you so much for this important time in our lives!

Thankful for Gymboree

I am a stay at home Mom with an almost 14 month old son. We spend a lot of time together and he has become very clingy to me. I found out that Gymboree Play & Music had play classes from a newspaper I picked up at Giant. There aren’t many kids my son’s age around us and I have wanted him to socialize and have that experience being around other kids. We’re a month into attending Play & Learn 3 classes. At first my son was shy and just sitting back and watching. Now he seems more relaxed and more comfortable with Gymboree. He loves crawling over to the mats, stopping, pointing to Gymbo the clown and then crawls off to an activity. The open gym sessions and the play classes are really helping him socialize with other kids, and I am so happy because he needs this…and so do I. The teachers at the Dobbin Road location in Columbia MD are wonderful! They are absolutely fabulous with the kids. I’m not familiar with all of their names, but they all have an inviting personality and make us feel totally comfortable while we are there to have fun.

Still New To Gymboree

I love our Gymboree Play & Music teacher Ms. Susan! She makes it so fun for all the little ones. Class never feels rushed but somehow we always start and end right on time. We have only been going for a couple months but I love it and my daughter's cognitive skills seem to be growing with each session.

We Love Gymboree

We absolutely love Gymboree Play and Music! From the time we started bringing my son at 3 months, we have always felt so welcome, had such fun and enjoyed the well-planned classes. I feel my son is learning to share, interact with other children, concentrate and reach developmental milestones more quickly because of the stimulation and guidance at Gymboree. I am constantly raving about Gymboree to my friends and family and we love bringing guests like Grandma and Grandpa from time to time. The staff here is exceptional - Miss Jenn in particular - I always feel like they love their jobs and go above and beyond for us, and all the kids and families. We look forward to the special events like the upcoming Pumpkin Patch Party and the Open Gym times. We would go to Gymboree every day if we could, and I look forward to bringing more friends and hopefully future children of my own into this wonderful learning experience!

Amazing time

My first time in class for babies was amazing. I was looking for a place that could properly stimulate my child according to their age and where they could share with other children. These Play & Learn classes have helped my baby become more attentive to visual and auditory stimuli. Also, the Gymboree Play & Music teachers are friendly with all the babies.

Wait, What?

My little Carson just refuses toPlay Classes, Baby Activities Denver, Infant Play, Mommy & Baby Classes roll. He is capable of rolling, but will rarely do so and usually fusses when it does happen. One day while I was doing Yoga and Carson was sleeping (or so I thought!) on the floor about 3 feet away from me, he decided to prove his athletic prowers. I happily harnessed my inner calm in a very professional looking downward facing dog pose (with my eyes closed), and when I opened them to move into the next pose, there was Carson, lying directly underneath of me smiling proudly. He had rolled 3 feet to get to me in super stealth mode so as not to disturb my zen time!

Bubbles Fascination

This was the first time ever that Theo saw bBaby Classes, Baby Play Group, Baby Activities, Activities for babies, Infant Classes, Classes for Infants Oaklandubbles. Theo usually is very active and does not stop moving. But as the bubbles drifted over him, Theo just stopped and stared at the bubbles, completely enthralled. Then, he snapped out of his trance-like state and started squealing in absolute delight!

We Love Parent Discussion Time

My son just graduated from Play & Learn 1 Class with Miss Mary Beth last week. She made "Graduation Day" very special for Henry and me (Grandma, too!). We can't wait for all the fun to begin again next Tuesday at Play & Learn 2 class! I love the parent topic and hearing about all the developmentally - appropriate new research on how babies learn, etc. Miss Mary Beth is THE BEST!

Many Milestones

My1st Birthday, Birthday Activities, Infant Classes, Tots Play, Mommy and Baby Exercise, Toddler Activities, Activities For Toddlers daughter has been engaged with Gymboree Play & Music since she was 7mos. and has achieved milestones with the assistance and encouragement from her teacher at the time, Miriam. She was great. She gave me as a mom, the feeling of joy each time we participated in the class. In addition, for the most part the staff at Gymboree Silver Spring are welcoming and clearly enjoy working with children. My experience as been positive and I have actually encouraged friends to enroll. My daughter's 1st birthday party was at Gymboree and it was all that one could ask for! Family and friends enjoyed the time and most importantly the birthday girl seemed to have enjoyed herself the most. Great memories being made with GYMBO!

Leaps and Bounds

My son has attended Gymboree since he was around 6 months old. He is almost 2 now and has enjoyed this experience ever since. I particularly love Beth and Felicia. Felicia did host his 1st birthday party earlier this year and I was very satisfied. The teachers are knowledgeable about early childhood development. They are very caring. It seems like they never get tired of coming to work. The baby and toddler activities are both engaging and age appropriate. As a teacher, I look for certain things myself, and I am very pleased with Gymboree. I just wish there were times in the older classes where parents can talk about a child related topic, and all parents can answer the question like we used to do. I'm sure with all the active 21 month olds, it's almost impossible though. All in all, my BJ has grown leaps and bounds in many ways: socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively.

A Gymboree girl

I came to Gymboree when Ryleigh was a little over 11 months old. She wasn't walking yet but I could tell she wanted to real bad, she would cruise but was too afraid to stand and walk all by herself. I thought maybe bring around other babies her age that were already walking would help encourage her. So far we have only been 3 times and she has already taken a few steps all on her own! The teacher is so nice as well as everyone else there. Ryleigh just loves Gymboree Play & Music so much and being around other babies. I think it is a great way for her to learn to socialize and reach her developmental milestones. She loves the parachute when we lift it over their heads then drop it down. She is just all smiles and very happy as soon as we get there. I wish we had started coming sooner!! We love Gymboree so much I tell everyone about it.
