Step by step

I don't have a particular story to share, more of an all together experience. After my first day at Gymboree Play & Music, I though it was totally hokey, completely cheesy and straight up goofy. But, I did notice how much fun my, then 12 month old, son was having and how much he loved being there with the fun, caring staff and all the other kids around his age. Since then I refuse to miss a class and I've watched him grow tremendously. Not just physically, but developmentally and emotionally as well. Within days of his first class, he gained both the confidence to walk on his own and the ability to do so. In just a few short weeks his separation anxiety melted away and he is now blossoming into this adventurous, independent little individual. I know there is a certain developmental timeline all children instinctively follow, but, Gymboree take that and builds upon that and creates a safe and fun world to explore. I just want to say that I love Gymboree Play & Music probably as much as my little one does. But, don't tell his Mom that, it was all her idea. :-)

Class Type: Play & Learn 3 (10-16 months)
City: San Diego
State: California

Sounds like Dad is learning as much as his little one. Gymboree is a wonderful way for parents to actually watch their little ones progression in growing and learning, and if THEY end up enjoying it too,,,,,Job well done. Thumbs up to Gymboree
