Rachel is my kids' teacher and she is amazing! She cares SO much about the kids and really puts her heart into all play classes. Play groups with Deanna, Valerie and Jennifer are also wonderful. Even though they don't currently teach my children, they always go out of their way to welcome them and use their names to make them feel comfortable. We love all the family activities for kids and we look forward to our family lessons each week. I've taken my kids to other classes and similar play settings and none of them compare to Gymboree classes!

Relatedness is the ability to form positive connections with others. Establishing a healthy, satisfying relationship with another person—whether it is a teacher or a peer—is essential to success in both school and life. Children build relationships with others and learn in the context of these relationships, as they work on group projects in the classroom, share work spaces and materials, resolve conflicts, solve problems, work together as a team, etc. Adults play a key role in supporting a child’s growing sense of relatedness. Parents, caregivers, and Gymboree teachers, encourage the development of
children’s ability to form relationships with others.
