Friends Forever

I began working for Gymboree Play and Music in 1997 in California and after a 10 year break beginning in 2000, I am back with Gymboree in CO. I REALLY like kids and parents, so Gymboree has always been a perfect outlet for me to be with both! Facilitating Play & Learn classes is a great way for me to teach loved ones to pour into their kids.

What I didn't know would happen when I started with Gymboree, was how closely knit I would become with my Gymboree families! I watched so many kids pass so many milestones like first steps, first words, coordination advances and so on. I celebrated every one of those steps with my families that I had come to know! I was requested to lead birthday parties for a lot of those families, too, so I got to celebrate birthday stepping stones as well. As the years went on, my friendships with these families grew to the point that last year, I got to celebrate Little League Championships in Cooperstown (and I knew that student would end up there because I watched him physically develop those skills when he was 10 months on up!!), gymnastic competitions and JUNIOR HIGH GRADUATIONS! (WHERE did the time go???)

I had no idea that when I was hired as a Gymboree teacher I would do life with these families for as long as I have! Being committed to those kids and their parents, grandparents and caregivers has had life long friendship effects!

Just like the Parachute Express song says:

Friends Forever,
Friends Together!

I celebrate you celebrate!

I am thankful for every opportunity I have been given through Gymboree's training to facilitate the development...but more importantly, the bonding of families! And I love that I get to bond with them too!

Class Type: Play & Learn
City: COS
State: Colorado
